Shipping policy
1. Processing & Fulfillment
- Production Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for production and quality checks before your order is shipped.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after production.
- International: International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10–21 business days.
- Estimates: Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. International Orders: Duties & Taxes
- Import Fees: For orders outside of the fulfillment origin, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST/HST), and customs brokerage fees.
- Responsibility: These additional charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Archistics Apparel does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict their cost.
- Cart Abandonment: We encourage our global community to review local import regulations to avoid unexpected fees upon delivery.
4. Shipping Address & Modifications
- Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Archistics Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Changes: Once an order has entered the production phase, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
5. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your garment's journey.
- Marked as "Delivered": If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Archistics Apparel does not issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost before being marked as delivered, please notify us at archisticsapparelsupport@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
