At Archistics, we want you to feel as confident in your purchases. If your products aren't quite right, we are here to help you find contentment.
How to Start a Conversation
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our team at archisticsapparelsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your pieces. To help us serve you better, please include:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the items and the specific concerns
Our Process
We aim to review and process all requests with care within 7 working days.
- Approval: Once your request is confirmed, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions.
- Important Note: To ensure your items are handled properly, please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Unconfirmed returns may not be accepted.
Item Condition
To respect the clothing and our future community members, all returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Free of stains, damage, or alterations.
- Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, as we do not currently offer freight-to-collect (FTC) services.
Refunds
Upon confirmation of your return, Archistics will issue a refund to your original payment method in the currency used at the time of purchase.
Exceptions & Considerations
While we strive for global connection and impact, a few items cannot be returned due to hygiene and sustainability standards.

- Personal Items: Tights, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks.
- Timeline: Requests made more than 7 days after receipt.
- Design Accuracy: Items printed accurately, but are no longer desired.
- Shipping Errors: Issues arising from incorrect delivery information (phone/address) provided at checkout.
Misprints & Lost Treasures
- Defects: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
- Lost in Transit: For any packages lost in transit, please submit your claim within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
